Programs
We offer a comprehensive Martial Arts program geared to
stimulate and encourage the children to set goals and achieve
their objectives. Life skills are taught during our After
School Martial Arts program to further refine character.
During the summer periods and school breaks, special programs
will be offered.
Tiny
Tigers Program (Age 3-5) is a new and revolutionary
curriculum that focuses on improving pre-school aged children's
basic motor and listening skills. These skills will help
them enter society with a confident and enthusiastic outlook.
They will become better students at school, better listeners
at home and have a positive and ambitious attitude toward
the future. We believe the time between the ages of 3 and
4 are the most important years of a child's development.
Our Tiny Tigers program is designed to enhance their positive
development in a fun and motivating way.
The child would then graduate into our Young Dragons Program
(Age 6-12)

Cardio Kickboxing - Express
This
program is perfect for adults who are too busy and simply

JuTe Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese system, translated as the
'Supreme Ultimate Force'. It is generally safe for people
of all ages and levels of fitness. This program is most
likely to suit older peoples as compared to other fitness
programs. It is basically a physical exercise of slowly
flowing movements (meditation in motion) that focuses the
mind, while conditioning the body. It is said that one
who practices Tai Chi for 20 minutes a day dissipates stress
and reduces stress-related debilities, increases stamina,
and strengthens the body and will.
